I was sceptical at first but this feeder has been a game changer. I work long hours and always felt guilty leaving my dog home alone without knowing if he'd eaten. Solid product for the price. Setup took maybe 10 minutes and the LCD display is straightforward to programme. My cat is a rescue and needs to eat at very specific times due to a sensitive stomach — this feeder has made managing her routine so much easier. Been running for 6 weeks now without a single issue. Would definitely recommend to other pet owners.
Really good feeder overall. The portion control is accurate and my two dogs have adjusted to the new routine quickly. Knocked off one star only because the setup instructions could be a bit clearer, but once it was up and running it worked perfectly. Customer service was also really responsive when I had a question. Will be buying another one for my parents.
