Yes, the Pawserved Automatic Pet Feeder is designed for both cats and dogs. The adjustable portion sizes between 50g and 100g make it suitable for a range of breeds and sizes. For very large dog breeds with higher food requirements per meal, we recommend supplementing with additional manual feeding as needed.

How do I clean the Pawserved feeder?

We recommend cleaning your Pawserved feeder regularly to maintain hygiene and keep it working at its best. Remove the food bowl and wash it with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before reattaching. For the main unit, use a dry or lightly damp cloth to wipe down the exterior and the food dispensing area. Never submerge the main unit in water or use harsh chemical cleaners as this may damage the device. Regular cleaning every 1 to 2 weeks is recommended for optimal hygiene.

What type of food can I use with the Pawserved feeder?

The Pawserved Automatic Pet Feeder is designed to work with standard dry kibble and pellet-style pet food. We do not recommend using wet food, raw food, or very small or irregularly shaped kibble as these may cause blockages or affect the accuracy of portion dispensing. For best results, use a good quality dry kibble that is consistent in size and shape.
