All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our fraud detection systems.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms the basis of our contract with you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Pawserved will make every effort to dispatch your order within the timeframes stated on our website. However, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including but not limited to courier delays, customs processing, natural disasters or public holidays.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Pawserved pass to you upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at pawserved@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist you.
